Welcome to Beaufort Academy of Dance, LLC we are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year.  Our studio was established in 1997 in Beaufort, South Carolina with Aleisia Ashlaw as the Executive Artistic Director and Principle Instructor.  

Beaufort Academy of Dance, LLC offered and continues to offer dance classes in Mommy & Me, Preschool, Kinder-Kidz, Tap. Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Tumbling Acrobatic classes. The studio has participated in Dance Performances, Community Art Festivals, Christmas shows, Cancer Society Benefit shows, Kids Fest, Talent Shows, and other local appearances. Students also participate in annual dance conventions and competitions such as Encore, Platinum Dance, Fusion, Ontage, Applause, Star Power, West Coast Dance Explosion, I Love Dance, Dance Makers, Show Stoppers, DTI Challenge of Excellence, Hollywood Vibe, New York City Dance Alliance, Tremaine Dance Conventions and others.

Beaufort Academy of Dance has trained many outstanding dancers over the years. Our students have gone on to professional dancing careers in New York City, Florida Ballet and they have won individual awards including Tremaine "Dancer of the Year" at National Dance Events, they have auditioned in Los Angeles and are now on a NATIONAL Traveling Dance Team, dancers have won dance scholarships to regional dance competitions as young as 9 years old, they have received college scholarships to Florida State University, Coker College, and the University of South Carolina to name a few, they have opened their own dance schools in North Carolina and in Beaufort, SC.  Our students have also been signed on with the MSA Talent Agency in Los Angeles, California.

We have provided Quality Dance Instruction for 25 years. Beaufort Academy of Dance is extremely proud of both our past and present students. We are looking forward to the future and excited about making memories with our present and future students.
