Beaufort Academy of Dance began serving the Beaufort Community as a dance studio dedicated to providing quality dance instruction to its students using a variety of dance genres. Our highly trained staff is impassioned about dance, and all are qualified to instruct students from 18 months of age through adulthood.

Our dance company has ages 4 to 17 year olds.
BAD is home to various competition teams for dancers between the ages of 4 and 17, with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced. We currently run competition teams in Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, and Tap who compete all over the southeast.
While our teams’ focus is on competition, our mantra encompasses a broader range of objectives, including building a strong dance foundation, embracing the spirit of collaborative team work, and exercising the highest sportsmanship at all times.
